The primary benefit our members receive is Audit Representation for any income tax audit commenced during their period of membership. This includes handling all aspects of communication, from the receipt of the audit notice through the appeals hearing following the submission of a U.S. Tax Court Petition. Our intention is to provide our members with the highest level of representation available, and our goal is that they should never have to meet with the IRS or state tax agency.

Essential Functions
  • Manage federal and state tax audit defense case load, which includes:
    • Working with the taxpayer to assist in gathering documents and information
    • Organizing documents and preparing response packages for submission to IRS and state taxing authorities
    • Drafting correspondence
    • Discussing cases and tax law with IRS and state agents
  • Provide support work on team members’ audit cases
Experience and Skills
  • ​Minimum 3 – 6 years of tax experience
  • Extensive knowledge of tax laws
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate clearly in the explanation of tax-related issues
  • Customer Service oriented with a high level of professionalism

Certifications Required

You will work on a variety of projects, including corporate stationery, exhibits, social media graphics, posters, brochures, advertising campaigns, presentations, website design mockups, video, and more.

Essential Functions
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
  • Executes all materials in accordance with corporate brand strategy and style guidelines; assist with ongoing brand management.
  • Create visual materials for multi-platform campaigns.
  • Visually design and put together marketing materials including infographics, whitepapers, and webinar materials.
  • Design elements for integrated email and direct mail campaigns with corresponding landing pages and online forms.
  • Design sales materials including collateral, presentations, and new client on-boarding materials.
  • Support internal company-wide communications via developing intranet assets, presentations, reports, etc.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ experience doing graphic design work 
    OR
    1-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or similar degree program.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of the intricacies of preparing graphic files for print and digital use including pre-press, compression, file size adjustments, et al.
  • An eye for detail in providing quality assurance of all materials developed for internal and external purposes.
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a matrixed environment where you will be providing creative design support for two departments (Communications & Marketing).

Key Objectives and Results
As a successful Information Security Administrator, you will:
  • Deploy, manage and maintain security systems and their corresponding or associated software, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, cryptography systems, and anti-virus software.

Job Requirements

  • Perform day-to-day operations of the in-place and future security solutions and the identification, investigation, and resolution of security events detected by those systems.

  • Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.
  • Review logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether they be under Infosec’s control (i.e., security tools) or under IT/Other control (i.e., workstations, servers, network or lab devices, etc.). Interpret the implications of that activity and devise action plans for appropriate resolution.
  • Participate in investigations into problematic activity and in the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
  • Provide on-call support for in-place security solutions.
  • Review and evaluate patch reconnaissance to schedule (where appropriate) and apply fixes and security patches in accordance with our Vulnerability Management Lifecycle.
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task, while responding to changing business demands.
  • You have 4+ years in System Administration.
