Retirement Benefit–ESOP

TaxAudit is an employee-owned company. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan contributes TaxAudit stock to employees each year at no cost to them. This plan allows employees to have ownership in the company and to financially benefit as the company prospers. We recognize how valuable our employees are and we all work together as a dedicated team to secure our company’s and each other’s future.

401k and Roth 401k

All TaxAudit employees are eligible to participate in our qualified 401k and Roth 401k retirement plans after one month of service. We have resources on hand that can help employees make the right decisions for their 401k and Roth 401k based on their age, life circumstances, and future plans.

Health Plan

TaxAudit offers eligible employees a comprehensive medical insurance package with the choice of a PPO or an HMO plan. Employees are able to choose the coverage that makes the most sense for themselves and their families. Fully paid medical plans for employees and their dependents are offered!

PPO plans are available for non-California employees and their dependents.


TaxAudit offers eligible employees a comprehensive PPO dental insurance package. The company pays 100% for employee and dependents.

Voluntary Employee Benefits

Eligible employees may choose from a variety of voluntary plans, such as Vision, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Accident and Critical Illness Plans.

Company Provided Life Insurance

Each eligible employee is enrolled in a company provided Life Insurance Policy of one times their annual earnings with a maximum of $150,000.

Paid Time Off

PTO is a combination of holiday, vacation and sick time combined into one annual accrual amount for non-exempt team members. Accrual rates are very generous and increase after 3, 5, 10, and 15 years.

Flexible Spending Account

TaxAudit provides eligible employees flexible benefit spending plans that will allow employees to reduce their total taxable income and therefore increase their spendable take-home income. We offer a Medical Premium Plan, a Dependent Care Plan, and a Medical Reimbursement plan. The Medical Reimbursement portion of the plan is available after three months of qualified employment with TaxAudit.


TaxAudit offers an Education Assistance Program to help team members secure increased responsibility and growth within their professional careers at TaxAudit for qualifying tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year.

Tax professionals can earn continuing education (CE) hours right here at work at no cost and on company time by taking in-house tax-related CE training.
