Outside Tax Audit Representatives

If you are a seasoned tax preparer, tax accountant, or tax professional looking for a tax job from home, TaxAudit's Outside Representative position may be right for you. In this position, you will be responsible for handling audits assigned by our Audit Division - working cases from the receipt of a first audit notice through to a resolution. This position is typically available to people living outside of California. Please check our job openings page to see specific areas of the country where we have openings.

Tax Professional Hybrid Work

We like to provide flexibility to our Tax Professionals working at one of our three California offices. Once a Tax Professional has demonstrated a certain level of knowledge and experience, he or she may be given the opportunity to work part of the week from home.

TaxAudit has many non-tax professional jobs which help support our company mission. We have Communications Associates, IT Professionals, Software Engineers, Customer Service Representatives, HR Professionals, and more. Some, but not all, positions have work-from-home or hybrid opportunities once a team member is seasoned in his or her position.

Flexible Schedule

TaxAudit offers set alternative work-week schedules for most positions. With manager approval, employees can choose one of the following schedule options:

Five days a week at eight hours a day
Four days a week at ten hours a day
Four days a week at nine hours a day and one day a week at 4 hours a day
